Our Search and Selection solution gives you the opportunity to really discover the talent out there in your market and be able to target the individual you need.  This individual may already be actively looking for their next role, or may not yet be seeking to change jobs.  Either way, we will identify the most talented candidates, and qualify their position.

We can focus a team of skilled researchers on specific projects to prescribed timescales giving an invaluable representation of your market sector.

Detailed Briefing

Allows us to discuss the nature of the research and the approach we would take.  Would the best candidate be from your current market sector with specific skills and experience or could the role be filled with a highly experienced person from outside your sector with transferable skills?

Target Listing

Together we would draw up a list of target organisations where we would identify individuals and/or teams.

Candidate Identification

Our experienced researchers are experts in gathering information which is either hard and time-consuming to find, or inaccessible to the general public; and with a combination of desk research and telephone work, would identify potential candidates.

Approach & Sourcing

Highlighted candidates would then be approached in order to qualify their suitability, and at that point we would present your opportunity to them.

Information gathered is dependent on the search strategy selected in the briefing. It is also important for us to let the candidate know as much as possible about the role, however, we respect the wishes of our clients if they prefer their details to remain confidential.

Candidates matching the required criteria will submit a CV and we would provide you with a list for interview or for a future talent pool.

We pride ourselves on communication during the assignment and will maintain regular contact.

Selection

Initial interviews will be carried out and we will assess the candidate's capability and suitability for the role, identify their skills and experience and whether they have transferable competencies.
 
A final short-list of candidates will be presented to the client.

We can arrange psychometric assessments for the short-listed candidates to support the appointment process should you require.
